I know that Profilum has food for fat cats, but do you know what I can give to Cica to gain weight? She is not VERY thin, but for her age she could be bigger ( she´s 4 and didn´t change in the past 2 1/2 years!). Tried everything I could but no resaults. She´s also choosy ´bout food, but I´ll try anything, if I can find it here on the market.

Thanks, I´ll try that. She used to take her vitamins with the food, but now she won´t. I´ll have to find a way to give it her anyway.

Kitten food has the most calories, so you can use that, or try something like Nutrical, which is like a paste and is high in calories.

Hi there, have you tried adding some oil packed fish to Cica´s diet? Tuna is good, but sardines and salmon may be more calorie dense. I´m sure you can get sardines packed in oil still. Will she eat raw meat? Chopping and feeding her some fresh lamb, or dark chicken meat - or even well marbled beef may help. Maybe read some package labels specifically for foods with a higher fat and calorie content and add it to the food she likes.

Remember, though, that some cats are naturally thin and that´s healthy for them. Not all cats are big fat slobs like Mugger!
