I wanted to let everyone know that Little Boy will be going to the Bridge tomorrow, Wed. He has been dealing with kidney disease for some time now and has stopped eating . Drinks very little, has been on fluids several times a week, plus shots to increase his appetite, but for going on 2 days now, he doesn´t want to eat anything
He is 13 and I had his Mom up until 3 yrs ago. I had hoped to have had him alot longer but it was not meant to be. I guess he is just tired and not feeling well and is ready to join her. He hides out, not feeling well, and it is time to give him a better quality of life.

As alot of you know that have lost kitties, this is the hardest thing you will ever deal with, having to tell your baby bye , but that you will see him soon. I KNOW that I will be with him again and would trade places with him in a minute if I could.

I have so enjoyed this group and I will leave his profile up for a day or 2 but will delete it then. It is going to be too hard to see him on here In time, I will get another baby and will rejoin with him or her.

Linda, I´m so very, very sorry to read about Little Boy´s failing health. I believe you´ve made the right and only decision, because when illness robs the quality from life, then life really is no more. Although it´s unbearably difficult for us, to ease our beloved cats´ suffering is perhaps the greatest gift we can give them. And you have already given Little Boy a life full of love.

Linda we are so sorry to hear about little boy, please have our heartfelt condolences, this is one of the hardest things you will have to do but take comfort in the fact that he will be in your arms when he goes and he knows you are doing what is best for him.

A very difficult but right decision to make Westexas. Little Boy is suffering so you have no choice.
