I am wondering on where good vets are in Hamilton. The one I went to was overcharging me and I felt giving more vaccinations then nessisary for the first year. My second cat i adopted at 9 months old had all her first year needles done at a different vet place and it was way less then needles then my cat I got at 9 weeks old.

I am wondering if people know any good vets in the Hamilton or surrounding area.
What should I request for indoor only cats.
What can I do without for indoor only cats.
My cats both had name changes so will this affect their vet records (I have both of theirs).

Chey I don´t disclose where live but we don´t live that far away. I would suggest you get a 2nd opinion. Do you have friends that have a vet? If not start calling the yellow pages and ask questions like you are doing here in this posting. Not all vets are out to make money. Some really want to make things affordable so pet owners will not be reluctant to take their pets to a vet. Call around....good luck!

Let´s hear it for the cats from the Hammer! I know they are more expensive, but I take my cats to The Cat Clinic on the mountain. The vets there are phenomenal and the vaccinations are on a schedule so that they don´t have to receive all of them each year. My cats are also indoors and this is the best method for me.
