I have noticed that cats I have patted ages ago are coming up as not having been patted, and I am able to pat them again if I want to. This is very odd, as I am certain I have patted the cats long ago. Anyone else find this?

I think so. I definitely know which cats I´ve already patted. Some of the photos are of very good friends, and even my own cat Chelsea came up asking for pats! Big problem it it affects a lot of us I think!

You´re right daisymay! after reading your thread here I checked out some friends´ pics and found out that they were not patted-which is strange. let´s hope it will be resolved soon!

Reported to the mods and they will look into it, as its obviously affecting a few of us.

It seems to be photos that have been put up more than a couple of months ago and have been patted by enough people that your name drops off that list of "recent pats to this cat". I first noticed it with my own cats (thought I was going potty - having missed patting so many of my photos when I put them up, but then I realised it couldn´t be). Did you notice any drop in number of pats total? Mine seems to have stayed the same, which is the most important thing.

The number of pats went up, which is what concerned me Shibula.

I noticed this for other cats, but not for my own. At first I thought I might have skipped a few pictures by accident, but now I know that other people have experienced the "re-patting."

Yes, I have patted cats more than once just in case the pat has not gone through.

I have been repatting my cats - I thought I was going nuts coz I knew I had patted them! But if they come up as not being patted I will keep patting

I noticed the same thing only tonight with some cats that I knew I had patted ages ago (buddies etc) and I could re-pat them! Amazing! Also with the birthday cats, I don´t know if anyone has noticed/mentioned this somewhere else but when I click to view them all there is option to pat or give a gift, I pat, but then the pat doesn´t actually happen if you then go to their page and photos, it doesn´t show up and it doesn´t increase their pat number. I checked it tonight as I was curious - obviously don´t have enough to do with my time!!! lol!

Well I can still repat cats tonight! Mostly ones who I patted a while ago, not the newer ones!
