Hi! i noticed in some users pages some beautifull background like lilbooboo page, http://www.unitedcats.com/cat/lilbooboo how can i put a background like this in my cat page? i think that a page like this is more beautifull and pretty than the normal white bacground.

You have to have 500 hundred points to add one to One cat.,

You go to
-My cats
-Personalize[says something like that]

And then you pick out the skin you would like.

is there a way i can´t get rid of the reb background for my cat sbastian? its to much for my eyes to handle and i wasn´t sure if you could trade or not? or do i have to buy another one???? thanks

You can swap back to the original without costing you. But to get another one you will have to buy it. The red one was too much for me too. I switched Queenie back to the orig.

Lithuanian, Estonian and Latvian UC have the Whiskas skin. It costs 10 bonus points an lasts for 3 months.

The promotion offering Whiskas skins for purchase on some national sites is finished, although the skins will remain visible for a while longer and then disappear.

There are four skins available now at 500 points each. Once you´ve purchased a skin, you can change back and forth to default white. If you purchase more than one skin, you can change between the skins and default white.

Designs for more skins are being considered at this time and will be available in the future.

@marcatmm: You should make a thread ´bout ideas fur skins, that´ll be cool. I think if I post it will be removed, so why don´t you put it

stellaluna, this is the appropriate thread to post suggestions for new skins and if you mean fur skins like leopard and zebra, that sounds really nice. And maybe tabby for the cat site and dalmatian for the dog site! If this isn´t what you meant, please post more details.

The Whiskas skin was offered as a promotion on a couple of the national sites, but not on this site although users could go to one of the national sites and purchase a Whiskas skin. I have no idea why the skin wasn´t available on this site. Perhaps because there are many users from countries where Whiskas isn´t available??

Oh, I say "for skins" but your idea is cool! Ok, I´ll make a new thread...it will be fun!

I would like more masculine colored skins, and that are mature looking. I am a mature mancat of almost 9 years, and the present skins are either too feminine for me and or too youthful. Thanks! - Beau

Since the backgrounds are the same for UC and UD it seems they are trying to keep them universal so how about one simply with paw prints all over it? It could have a white base background( easy on the eyes) with different colored paw prints all over it . Just an Idea!

I thought of skins like the colour of a ginger or tabby,with the stripes.....

I like dark colours, so I´d like to have something more decadent

I have now two skins for one cat (plus the default one). 1 additional skin for the other live cat. And I think it is a pity that the skin cannot be rotated to the other cats that have no skin as yet. Would it be possible for a skin to belong to the user rather than the cat?

Another idea for a skin is a "over-the rainbow" skin.
