Well, you have done it, you lot...
Now Catweazle demands to be nominated for Cat of the Week, as he wants to join the club. Oh, well, I fear he will come and sit on my lap and read all this till I do nominate him, so unless somebody else will do the honours, I am aftraid I will have to, sooner or later. Though I´d prefer to nominate Steffie, she is the oldest cat in my household, and she has been here the longest by 7 or 8 years. Tuppence came at the same time, but she has been by the rainbow bridge for nearly 3 years, now...

Don´t let him harass you, Jiskefet. Don´t be taken in by his ways and manners. He can demand all he likes, but as long as he has you to put food in his bowl... Don´t give in to emotional blackmail.

I don´t really know if deceased cats can be made cat of the week, too, but if so, there is one I´d really like to get nominated.....
Jiskefet , my dear departed lover-cat, who lived all his nine lives at the same time, and who gave all the love meant to last all of these nine lives to me in 2 years´ time....
He has been gone for nearly 2 years, but I have no words to describe how much I still miss him.

I will have to work on being a worthy kitteh to be a cat of the week. I hate to feel left out cuz I don´t do rejection well. Maybe we should have a kitteh analyst for us kittehs that have problems.

Dont worry, if they begin to organize clubs, there certainly will be a KITTEN club too. As well as Senior Cat Club, Over the Rainbow Club, Alley Cat club etc...
Well , this could be fun!! Purrr!

Don´t forget a red-and-white-club, an-over-five-but-under-eight-club, a quiet club, a club for noisy cats... the list is endless. Wheyhey!, that way they all get a chance and all cats will be extra special.
