My Nellie was a naughty tortie and very mischievious but Petabai is so quiet and well behaved. I was thinking that maybe only black torties are like that??

I´m not too naughty anymore! I´m actually probably a very responsible tortie! I have a very unusual personality though! I´m very bouncy! I bound along like a horse sometimes! Oh and I twitch my big fluffy tale profusely when I´m excited!
Us tortie´s are all unique in our own ways though! We have markings that no other cat will have identically to us!

~~Missy~~ Hey all I have been told I am a muted tortie (tho I´m not sure what that means) I am a fat cat at a whooping 9ish pounds! I am healthy tho and me and my sis Patches and my little brother Persey visit our vet every 6 monthes! HAHA I laugh cause Persey isn´t here to bug us he is a BRAT!

I am hyper most of the time and seem to have a battery up my bum at times lol. But I LOVE the fire...which other torties here love to just sprawl out where it´s a warm fire or a sun-spot on the windowsill?

We don´t have a fire but we have one of those heat pump things. I love to sprawl out on the couch when that´s on because it´s directly under where the heat is!

Hi y´all, We are Cheyenne, Salem and Miss Callie,
What we do that our other catmates don´t do is dance while we are being petted, we twirl around and around and around depending on how long we are petted. Also, just like our other catmates we know our names except when our names are said we raise up our tails like flags. "You´ve Got Tail"!
Yep, I´d guess you´d say we do have batteries up our bums, too.

A muted tortie is also referred to as a dilute, Instead of the black, browns and oranges of a tortie a muted/dilute are more blue/grey, tan and cream they are often called blue & cream dilutes. Salem and Cheyenne are muted. They may be lighter in color, but their personalities definately are not.

I climb curtians, lounges, the coffee table and mums legs.
I annoy my big brother pickles unitll he bites me (never to hard) and i try to eat peoples food with them ( i put my paw out and kind if swat it from them).
I run around the house like a lunatic with my tail cocked to the side.
When i run out of steam i cuddle up on my mums lap- a changed kitten.
is that normal tortie behavior? lol.
Oh i think im a muted tortie too im a smokey grey tabby with orange tabby bits through me theres just a few creamy patches on my legs, my face spot is REALLY orange! What do you think?
oh and im happy theres a club for us awsome torties!!!!

Hi Everyone, I had a tortie, but I had to put her down on the 5th of June as she had cancer. She was 13 and a half years old and the love of my life. I still have a lighter tortie called Misty, she has never really been naughty, she is just bitchy and does not want to stay in the house, she gets very cross with me when she gets locked in for the night. She refuses to use the cat box and wee´s on my bathroom mat, as if to say take that, YOU DARE to lock me in. Well it´s for her own good!!! Ce´ Nedra (the cat I put down) was very naughty in her young days pulling the toilet paper off the roll, knocking and breaking everything, so I do think that it is the darker Torties that are naughty.

I´m Inca and I´m told I´m a naughty tortie. I´m just misunderstood though.

Meowwwww...I´m Bibi...a naughty Bibi My mom always say that I am not a female cat since my behaviour is more like a male cat..huh?
and some people use to say that my face is just like a male cat too..huhhh?

My name tells I´m a naughty tortie. Since I was a kitten I used to bite everyone tried to pat me. Now, growing up I´m more friendly and I purr very often. Maybe when I was a baby I was afraid because taken away from my mummy....

Mummy calls Bella and myself naughty but in actual fact im really a well behaved girl (not so sure about bella though, she scratches mummies lounge). But more about me, I have lovely manners, a nice polite meow, never hog the food, use my litter box, play nicely with my toys and generally i dont stir miss Bella up like the boys do
But I am a torti so I still have a playful mischievious side!

I wish I were a real Tortie but it appears that I am just a Tortie mix . But, I hope that you don´t mind if I hang out with all you beautiful Torties..
