Hi I´m Desmond and I don´t come from a shelter but my mom adopted me. Let me explain this:

My mom found me on Craig´s List in the re-homing pets part, she was going to adopt a special needs persian on Petsmart but when my dad said yes that persian was gone, so that´s why my mom was determined this time about adopting me.

The reason I was being re-homed was because the older cat in the house would fight with me. I only stayed there for 3 months... before that I had another home... my mom has the feeling I came from a breeder but she really doesn´t know!

I´m happy with my mom now, she´s great with me, I even purr here all the time... I never purred in my previous home and I used to sleep in the litter tray!... why would they expect me to be friendly if that cat was a monster with me!!

I´m one of all the lucky kitties in this club who found a great home

Mr used to sleep in his litter tray when he was seperated form mom for a few months. Im glad you have a home now and you are among the luck ones.

Boy, did your mom luck out finding YOU, Dez! Just think, the poor woman could have been stuck with some OTHER cat, who would not have been nearly as good as you.
