Talking ragdolls

Hi there, I was lucky enough to have fostered a ragdoll cat named Alero. He was such a big sweetie pie that I became attached to him quickly. My question is...do all ragdolls talk as loudly as he did? Alero had one of the loudest voices I have ever heard. Do all ragdolls talk alot, and in voices that are really hard to ignore?

Our Edi talks quite a bit. But I dont think he talks more than some "regular" cats. I know some domestic cats communicate all the time by talking. And can be truely loud.
I think its a matter of personality and all cats are different in some ways. Are ragdolls more talkative, I doubt it is so
Though our Edi can be very whiny at times I dont think his voice is louder than normal

Anyone disagree?

LOL we should have a indicator that show decibels then we would know

Thanks Reija, I had heard that ragdolls are talkers and was just wondering if anyone else had experienced that.

My Pixel will talk if i have been playing with him & then walk away. he comes looking for me, yelling. He also talks when i come home, if he hasnt seen me for a while. Guinness just seems to talk all the time.

My Raggie´s name is Pixel as well! Except mine is a girl. She talks a lot, but she has a tiny voice, hence her nickname Squeaky.

Take care, Kat
