My poor boyfriend Tigger has been majorly TRAUMATISED and I thought I would alert all UC cats to this terrible injustice!

There was my lovely Tigger on his back lawn...when a cheeky budgie came and TAUNTED him! He only did what any red blooded cat hunk would do in his place...he caught the offending feather duster and had a grand time playing with it on his bed..

Ruth-Anne: That´s YUKKY Tegan...and it is HIS OWNERS BED...I SO support his owner on this one and...

MUMMY poor sweet innocent Tigger was there being TAUNTED by that bird! His human called him a MURDERER....and OH that´s just AWFUL! POOR TIGGER! He will need THERAPY...I will have to go over and give him a nice lick wash down and tell him everything is OK again!

Ruth-Anne: Tegan, that poor budgie was probably someone´s PET...and it isn´t like Tigger doesn´t get fed at all....

MUMMMMYYYY!!!! POOR SWEET GORGEOUS TIGGER!! Being called NAMES....I would have caught that bird TOO it was TEASING him! I remember when I caught a MOTH and I just wanted to play with it for a while...and then suddenly it lay still and didn´t flutter anymore...and I was cross because I wanted to play and it was being naughty and not moving...and I ATE it to teach it a lesson!

Ruth-Anne: Well Tegan, I am with Tigger´s owner on this one!

OOHH MUMMMYYY!!......Well.....Birds of a feather flock together I guess.

Ruth-Anne: OOHHHH GOD TEGAN!! That is TERRIBLE!

Oh Tegan my sweet
Thank you so much for standing by me and understanding that I am not such a horrid creature as my human made me out to be. That stupid bird was looking for trouble. And a stupid looking bird it was too – doesn’t even have a proper beak like other birds I have seen (and psst….. just between you and me I also caught a few of those – but don’t let the human know this)

Oh Tigger do you honestly think I never knew about all those other atrocities you committed – do you think I am that stupid???

Well…. Yes…. haven’t I said that often enough!!!
Back to MY comment – so please butt out - I am talking here.

Yes I was a bit hurt by the nasty comments made by the human – but then I thought to myself I must take it from whenst it comes – and she does - as we have already determined – have not much of a brain. So I have let it slide off me.
I have also done the whole ‘butter wouldn’t melt in my mouth’ routine and guess what … it worked and she’s putty in my paws again (see not much going on in that head of hers!!)

Yes… yes… Tigger you are the great one and I know that you are just a cat and can’t help those dreadful instincts. And I do love you even despite the fact that I do think it was horrid of you to do that. Maybe I must feed you even more. Then you will not even look at a bird again with a huge big full tummy all the time.

There I rest my case!!!!! …… the human is most definitely stupid. She thinks by giving me more food I will not go after a bird again. Well I am not complaining about all the extra food – but I get enough now as it is. Oh yes I have it I must work on this and come up with a cunning plan to get her to give me lots and lots of biltong.
But the whole thing of catching birds is the fun of it – I am a great hunter and all should tremble at the mere sight of me – I am king!!!!

But I am traumatised Tegan so you will have to come and give me some comfort. There´s a full moon here at the moment so will take if from there!!!

We agree with you, Tegan. Look, birds fly, cats don´t. When a cat catches a bird dumb enough to let itself be caught, it is like strengthening the birdie gene pool or something. And if the blue budgie bird was a pet, why wasn´t it with its person or in a cage or something? Totally NOT Tigger´s problem.

Hey Tegan I have a boyfriend too called Sidney. We are so in love and SIds mum put a pic of us two together looking so in love! We two are a little older than you two, so not up to as much mischief though!

Great to know you are so in love opps up! I have some good South African friends but Sidney my boyfriend is actually English like me! I invited him out, and he said I was a bit forward but, accepted! Nothing ventured nothing gained. My first beau is from Cape town. (I have few on the go but dont tell Sid!)
