Zeus’s party finally wound down as his reign as COTW was coming to an end. And, what a week it was!

Zeus was completely exhausted and so was Tigger. I think that they passed out shortly after the last guest had left. Both were very happy and stuffed cats.

But…Miracle and I were still raring to go. And, we had a very special treat. MISTLETOE, my BFF was allowed to stay overnight at our place for a sleepover!!!

First we tried on all kinds of clothing and played with makeup…then we brushed each other’s fur. We giggled and rolled in the bed while watching some of our favorite movies on my DVD player. I didn’t know that Missy really liked the movies Nemo and the Little Mermaid too.

I confessed that I had a huge crush on Jinks from the movie Meet the Parents and Missy giggled. Of course, Missy talked about no one else but Zovnek….her dashing suitor from Prague. Zvonek is so handsome and dashing and they make such a beautiful couple. Miracle just listened to the two of us babbling and gossiping…her eyes wide open.

MISSY is so beautiful. I can see why Zovnek looks at her with his Catsanova stares.

Of course we raided the refrigerator in the middle of the night and slurped back all the remaining ice cream. I whispered to Missy that the calories mysteriously disappear if you sneak out ice cream in the middle of the night. She believed me!

We may have had a brief cat nap before Mom knocked on our door first thing this morning. She brought in a huge tray of goodies for us so that we could have breakfast in bed. Miracle jumped right into the milko lattes, her favorite. But Missy and I are watching our girlish figures so picked over the tray of milk cookies, chewy granola, fresh cantaloupe (my favorite) and smoked salmon over creamed cheese.

I wish that Missy could stay with us forever, but I guess nothing lasts forever…not even Zeus’s reign as COTW.

Wow..this is definitely a week to remember.
