Pancho, here´s a tip: Don´t sleep by her feet. Wait until she´s asleep and then curl up either on her bum or on her chest. She won´t be able to get rid of you unless she wakes up first, at which point you can start wailing about how hungry you are. Hey, it works for me.

Ouch, authoritis! I can see why your Mum doesn´t want you sleeping on her. But since kitties are nice and warm, maybe you could sort of find where she has the ouchies and curl up next to that, because warmth is good for that stuff.
