About me

Rescued from the RSPCA, I was all black and nobody wanted me. Dad took me in and was very gentle with me, and I soon came to rule his home. I lived there as Queen of Burgundy Court for 15 years before succombing to lung trouble.

I was too afraid to play, I had live critters to play with

Likes

Sleeping in trees, chasing off neighborhood dogs, sleeping on your feet in bed at night, sleeping near the heater in winter, and oh! I loved the fluffy Doona!

Dislikes

other cats (poor Piper), other dogs (poor neighbors), other people (but I could warm up given time).

What makes me special

I was a gentle cat, used to having my own way. It made it hard when I was sick and needed medicine because I fought like the dickens even though I was so exhausted. I chased a dog away on my nearly-last day, so when I left this earth, I left victorious.

You were adorable...I hope that you met up with my two kitties, Caesar and Napoleon who crossed the Rainbow Bridge in 2005. I know that all kitties are forever well and run forever free there. There are butterflies to chase, moon beams to catch and all the ponds are full of fish.
