About me

I am 19 years old and have been on Hospice for 10 years. I was born in a woodpile. My cat mom was a Burmese. One of my Mom´s best friends, Liz, found me and my brother, Smokey. She nursed us back to heath. I am Mom´s daughter, Becky´s cat, but really Mom´s cat now. Smokey came with me and was John´s cat. Smokey passed away in 2006. In 1999, I had Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the tongue that the Vet could not completely remove. I was in so much pain after the surgery, I almost bit my tongue off. The vet, Dr. Caroline took me home and saved me that night. I wasn´t expected to live a week. I am Hospice Kitty. They always think I´m on my way out, but I keep on going. I sleep 23 hrs a day on the waterbed with the dog, Sophie and Kitty.

Likes

To sleep and eat. I eat every 2 hrs at night. I yowl like a Siamese and wake Mom and Dad up all night because I want food, or water or a snuggle.

Dislikes

Taking my pepsid. Being brushed (I have no time for grooming anymore...too busy sleeping). Kitty is bossy. Also the dog steals my food whenever she gets the chance.

Oh, yawn.
Thanks. I am at the keyboard trying to get Mom to feed us. She is spending to much time on United cats. I am patient. I have waited her out over 19 years. She will feed me eventually.

Kitty is the paper ripper and the bag ripper and the box sitter and I know her every thought. I know everyone´s thought as I sleep 23 hrs a day on the water bed. I know what you are thinking Chica.
