About me

I was the first cat my owner had in Sri Lanka and we were great pals, I have very soft fur and a fluffy tail like Rodneys....he is my brother cos we have the same mum but I´m a year older. One night I crept out of the window and never came back, my owner was heartbroken and was so sad she wrote me a lovely poem...I´ll read it to you:
SUKI
The sun was shining the day you came
A bundle of fur in a cardboard box
Ten short months you shared my life
But in that time you brought such joy
Coming for walks and rides in my car
Sharing my bed with soothing purrs
Making me laugh with your feline games....
You were such a special cat !

The rain was falling the night you left
And took the sunshine from my life
Never again to hear your call
Or feel your soft warm body against my face
Sometimes I think I hear your voice
And with a surge of joy I call your name.
No answer comes, you are not there,
Once more I feel that dark despair...
An empty void only you can fill.
