Arghhhh - people staying!

I don´t know whether its because I don´t go out much, but I like my routine and I like to know what´s going on.

Well this weekend strangers have taken over my rooms and I am frightened. I meowed and I meowed and mum didn´t take much notice of me. I tried hiding behind the bin and getting out the door but it was no good. They were everywhere I went - I hid under the dining table - that was an ok place it was dark and I could peer out at them without them seeing me!

Oh joy this morning bags in the hallway I think they have their stuff in them so that must mean they are leaving - phew - I am happy I can potter about the house without bumping into a strange pair of feet and strange smells I have not smelt before.

Why would my mum let this happen? I am such a special cat don´t they realise it!! I asked Arwen and she said she liked having people here she was even on their laps rolling about purring whats with her doesn´t she realise the danger she is in? ....

Merlin, I am with you, strangers in the house is BAD news!! Arwen is a kitten and they take any chance to be cute and get extra pats. Maybe you need to do a protest poop, so your Mum knows exactly how put out you are!

what?! strangers in the house?! did you take a swipe at their ankles? did you sharpen your claws on the couch while they were on it? maybe you should ignore your mom for a few days to let her know how you feel.

Merlin, it took Sophie years to get used to guests, but now she knows that she get extra treats and plenty of pets and admiration. They might be in your house touching your stuff and getting your way, but think of it as an opportunity to exploit them for profit. Try rolling on the floor and purring a bit. It might feel awkward at first, but I promise you´ll reap the rewards.
