On Monday morning when Mum was at work a tornado & big storm came to our house. Our house was saved but all the neighbours have no roofs and big holes in them.
Us cats were all so frightened. It was very noisy and loud so we all hid under the doona together and held paws until Mum came home to save us. Mum was very upset and crying because she thought she would be coming home to find us all dead or missing. We weren´t though, we were safe and sound. We were all so very happy to see her but all so busting to go to the toilet!!! We all ran at the same time to use the litter trays!!
My favourite best dog friend Stella got blown away and she was lost for a long, long time but Mum found her again and I was so happy. She is ok thankfully and only has a sore toe nail (she is a big, big sooky la la).
The people in the street were suppose to be evacuated because it wasn´t safe with all the power lines on the road but Mum wouldn´t leave. We had the funnest night together in the dark. The dogs and me and all the other cats all sat in the bed together with Mum and she told us stories all night about how we came to be her babies and how much she loves us. Then we played this game called "Guess the Cat" where she had tell which cat she was patting in the dark just by the feel of our fur and what sort of collar we were wearing. She was very good and got must of us right!!
Anyway, that is why we are blessed........we are all still alive and healthy and we still have our house to live in.
