I´ve Gained Weight (Uh OH)

I had my monthly weigh-in at the vets today and I´ve gained just over 100 grammes. All that food deprivation and being forced to demean myself chasing a stupid fake mouse on a string, for nothing!

Now the vet wants to put me on a special food to see if that helps. I´m really not impressed. I hoped they´d just give up on this silly diet idea and accept that I´m big boned and perfect as I am.

I´ll have to find some new ways of making Mum feel guilty now too, because she says absolutely no more treats for me even when I give the ´I´m a poor starved kitty, feed me, feed me now´ look.

Poor Frodo!! Suck your little cheeks in, open your eyes really wide and look pitiful - Mum will feel sooo bad...

Oh, Frodo, how awful for you. Both Mom and I (in spite of the fact that she is a mean spiteful person for smacking my paws earlier) know how you feel as we are big boned and full figured too but I am prettier than she is. Panchito

Oh no Frodo, you should pack up and come to Rome and stay with us!! Yeah true I am on diet too, but my mummy is quite a sucker, you can pretty easily win her over if you give her some sad kitten eyes I betcha!! And we eat so much better here and you don´t have to resort to dogfood either!! Keep your chin up I know you will win in the end!! xxx - Oliver
