Mum´s leaving Us.

My Human Grandmother having just recovered from a broken wrist, managed to fall and break 2 bones in her foot yesterday. She had an operation this morning to put pins into her foot and remove a piece of bone that had chipped off and it looks like she´ll be going home on Wednesday all being well.

Mum´s going to go through and help her out for a few days, while she adjusts to hobbling up the stairs to the toilet etc. This is a disaster for me since Dad´s not as soft a touch as Mum. No more sneaky treats whenever I look sad and pathetic! I might just wither away!

I wonder if Mum has room in her suitcase for me.....

Oh dear Frodo, poor you! Maybe if you and Arwyn work together, she can distract everyone while you crawl into a suitcase and hide. I did hear about a cat that flew across the country like that. Still, it´s good of your mom and I´m sure your human grandmom will be very grateful for the help. And if the distraction doesn´t work, maybe your dad will rise to the occasion.

Sneaking into the suitcase is worth a try. I´m sure your grandma would love to have you there underfoot while she is hobbling up and down the stairs. Makes for great exercise.
